Infore Group was rated AAA main credit rating

Recently, Golden Credit Rating International Co., Ltd., a leading domestic credit rating agency, assigned Infore Group Co., Ltd. an AAA issuer credit rating with a Stable outlook. Following this rating upgrade, Infore Group became the second non-real-estate private enterprise in Foshan to achieve an AAA issuer credit rating.
The upgrade of Infore Group’s issuer credit rating reflects growing recognition from capital market investors and further affirms the Group’s consistently strong operating performance and sound financial and credit profile. Since 2013, the Group has successfully initiated and issued a range of debt financing instruments, including super short-term commercial paper, short-term commercial paper, medium-term notes and corporate bonds. It was also among the first enterprises in Guangdong Province to create Credit Risk Mitigation Warrants (CRMWs) on a pure-credit basis.
After more than 30 years of steady development, Infore Group has grown into a diversified industrial group with a global perspective, with strategic presence across five key sectors: consumer products, environmental services, culture and media, asset management, and technology.
