On August 26, Infore Group held its 30th anniversary celebration at the Luhu International Conference Center. Under the theme “A Better Life · A New Journey · A Brighter Future,” employees from the Group’s headquarters and directly managed entities in Shunde and Shenzhen gathered to celebrate this milestone.
Thirty Years of Progress, A New Chapter Unfolds
In 1994, China was undergoing a period of profound reform and rapid development.
Embracing the opportunities of the times with courage, vision and an entrepreneurial spirit, Infore Group began its journey in Shunde, Guangdong, marking the start of three decades of dedication, perseverance and growth.

Celebrating 30 Years and Embarking on a New Journey
On August 26, Infore Group held its 30th Anniversary Celebration at the Luhu International Convention Center under the theme:
“Celebrating the Good · Embarking Anew · Shaping the Future”
Employees from the Group headquarters and directly managed business units in Shunde and Shenzhen gathered together to celebrate this significant milestone and share this memorable moment in Infore’s history.
At the celebration, He Jianfeng, Chairman and President of Infore Group, reflected on the Group’s remarkable journey over the past three decades and shared his confidence and expectations for the future.
He noted that the 30th anniversary represents an important milestone for Infore. The Group is deeply grateful for the opportunities and development environment provided by the times and society. Every achievement Infore has made is the result of the collective dedication of generations of Infore people.
He expressed his sincere appreciation to everyone who has contributed to this extraordinary 30-year journey and emphasized that, standing at a new starting point, Infore will once again set out with confidence and resilience, embrace the opportunities of a new era, and work together to create an even brighter future.
Three Decades of Steady Growth
Along the Pearl River, Shunde—widely known as China’s Home Appliance Capital—has long stood at the forefront of industrial development and witnessed decades of remarkable transformation.
In 1994, against the backdrop of China’s rapidly expanding manufacturing sector, Modern Company, the predecessor of Infore Group, was officially established.
Beginning with an OEM business, Infore gradually expanded into five strategic sectors: consumer products, environmental services, culture and media, asset management, and technology.
From its roots in Shunde, Guangdong, the Group has expanded its business footprint to more than 200 countries and regions worldwide. Through over three decades of steady and disciplined growth, Infore has evolved into a diversified industrial group with a global perspective.
Over the past 30 years, Infore has remained closely aligned with evolving market and societal needs, continuously identifying new directions for growth. Guided by its dual-engine “Industry + Investment” business model, the Group has built a portfolio of core businesses represented by KUKA Home (603816), Infore Environment (000967), and Baination Pictures (300291), among others.
Celebrating the Infore Spirit Through Sports
As part of the anniversary celebrations, a 30th Anniversary Sports Carnival was launched to symbolize health, vitality, positivity and progress.
Participants were divided into six teams competing across three courses and took part in three rounds of team challenges: “Sailing Together,” “United as One,” and “Race for Excellence.”
Employees demonstrated remarkable focus, enthusiasm and team spirit throughout the competition. Their passion and energy brought the atmosphere to a crescendo and reflected the determination, collaboration and perseverance that have long characterized the Infore spirit.
Following the three rounds of competition, Kuang Guangxiong, Executive President of Infore Group, presented awards to the winning teams and joined participants in celebrating their achievements.
The Sports Carnival showcased not only Infore employees’ drive to pursue excellence, but also their strong spirit of teamwork. Through passion and perseverance, everyone came together to celebrate Infore’s 30th anniversary.
Honoring the Past, Embracing the Future
The times continue to evolve, and progress never ceases.
During the 30th Anniversary Ceremony, Wei Ting, Vice President of Infore Group, officially released the commemorative film “The Story of Time — 30 Years of Infore Group,” revisiting some of the most memorable moments in the Group’s history through archival footage.
The Infore Group 2024 Corporate Film also made its premiere at the event, presenting the Group’s latest business portfolio and refreshed corporate image.
As part of the broader 30th anniversary program, employees also participated in activities through the “Fengdong” mini-program, completing sports challenges and collectively lighting up milestones in celebration of Infore’s anniversary.
The anniversary program will continue through a series of Corporate Culture Month activities across the Group’s various business units, engaging an even broader range of employees and bringing the anniversary celebrations throughout the organization.
A New Strategic Blueprint
At the event, the Group’s Strategic Investment Center presented Infore’s 2024–2026 strategic blueprint through an AI-powered digital presenter.
Looking ahead, Infore has officially embarked on a new phase of transformation and renewal. The Group will continue to innovate its governance and management model and advance its new “3+1” strategic framework, firmly progressing toward its next stage of development.
